To ensure safety, it is extremely important to use the correct fastening materials. The key factor is the force applied to the anchor and, consequently, to the balcony railing. If the fastening material does not have the required strength, safety cannot be guaranteed. The principle is simple: the greater the mass, the greater the force. - The substrate inspection is the foundation of any anchoring.
If the balcony floor doesn’t have enough material to anchor properly, it’s important to know how to overcome such a challenge. The deeper we drill, the more anchoring force develops.
